IMHO, western governments will never lock down the economy again.    Last pandemic they did basically NOTHING until it was too late.     When the world KNEW Covid was spreading and going to be a global pandamic what did western governments do?...........

They did NOTHING.   

Remember.... it was almost a year into the Pandemic before MASKS were recommended.   Forget about TESTING or Isolating or screening travelers.....  

Remember Trudeau saying something like he and his family will try to not...."Talk MOISTLY"  as they got onto a flight with other passengers without any masks as Covid was raging across Canada.

Anyways...... just another growing negative against BPO shares.

Actually, Worse than Nothing..... Those in authority actually prevented people from wearing masks.  I remember when the government basically REFUSED to supply masks to the public, they threatened and fined people who took it on themselves to import masks and sell them to the public.  They stopped them citing Price gouging.  When nurses wanted to wear masks, they were told they

And if you wanted to get tested, they made it as uncomfortable as possible, basically jamming a stick up your nose until it almost reaches your brain...... Meanwhile, it's in our spit (saliva).  They really didn't want to TEST people.    NO DATA, NO TRUTH...... you can say anything.
