BECAUSE, as far as I can tell, they are not responsible. It's BPO responsibility. The Guarantee makes BPY responsible if BPO fails, not BN.

But as BPO need not declare dividends, so when will BPY be responsible to pay the dividends !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
