It's insider information that Pierre was given if.....

NO Public New release was given about dividend declared. It's simple Logic. NO public news release, how does the public know a dividend has been declared!!!!!! It's insider information as far as I'm concern as the public doesn't know.

From Pierre post/email:

"Thank you for reaching out. The preferreds were declared for Q3 2024 and are expected to be paid on September 27, 2024, for holders of record on September 13th. We generally don't issue press releases each quarter for the declaration of the BPO preferred distributions. However, they are paid each quarter once declared by the board on the last day of March, June, September, and December."
