Yet, isn't Brookfield mainly known for it's real-estate investment business?  Isn't Real-estate Brookfields Main Business?   Isn't BPY Brookfield's primary vehicle for Real-estate?   

If so, you have to ask yourself WHY BN/BAM reports are so different from BPY's?

The right thing to do these days is to go to the bank and purchase a five year term certificate at 3.5%/4.0%.  No need for research. The alternative of course, if you are looking for a more substantial return, is to go on discussion boards
