Website regurgitating Prospectus information is not a

subsitute for the company actually publically Declaring a Dividend and providing TMX with such proper notice.

I fully expect BPO to pay a dividend at the end of the month, because that's what the Prospectus says.

Record date the 15th. Payment end of month.

What the Prospectus says and what actually happens are not necessarily the same.

We all know these Prefers are "cummulative".... hence dividends NEED to be declared to be paid otherwise they accumulate. Company does not need to pay a dividend at the end of this month. But as I understand, that would mean common shareholders won't get paid. But, basically common shareholders have basically had their dividends cut already ...more
