Only thing "Clear" about BPO is the Dividend. Everything

else about the company is just too confusing to understand. I spent a year trying to understand, even emailing investor relations...... I basically still can not understand this company. Have no clue as to what's going on.

I think the dividend is currently safe, but the company can not continue year after year after year bleeding RED. I still see rates "higher for longer" and them dropping only a little. They even seem to be going back up right now.
