the good thing about buying into the NEWCO Premier Royalty through BPV is the warrents. I wouldn`t wonder if we see the 0.5$ exercise price once the defintive deal is announced, even before the newco start trading. I also wonder, why Premier Gold hasn`t announced yet that they will distribute the shares of the newco to their shareholders. would be a big minus for them. however BPV is the way to go for now.

Is not the newco price $1.40  it takes 4  Four Bridgeport to get one newco premier royalty at $1.40   it takes $2.00  (4x .50)  to get one  newco at $1.40 Trying to understand Thank you Soccer

soccer, you have the wrong perspective on this deal: 1.4$ is only the deemed price for the share issuance to T.PG. it is very likely that the NEWCO (premier royalty inc) shares will imidiatly trade much higher. the thing, no new shares will be issued for capital raising. And If PG does not distribute their NEWCO shares, the shares are extremly tightly held. Only the old T.BPV will be tradedable ...more
