Johannesburg, 2 October 2012. Village Main Reef (Village) advises that the company has sought and obtained a court interdict under section 158 of the Labour Relations Act following the unprotected industrial action that began at the Blyvooruitzicht Mine yesterday, 1 October 2012.

In line with the Act, the company will issue an ultimatum to striking employees pending the outcome of a mass meeting held at the operation today. The Company has sought to engage with employee representatives to avoid the inevitable dismissals should this process take its course.

Strikes/ stoppages all short term issue that can lead to opportune buy ops.  Gold $2k coming soon IMO.
