Why is BRAG.V Crashing?

Financials looks pretty good but BRAG.V stock price keeps falling. Does anyone know why the price collapse. Thank you.

Imho the reasons are purely technical, charts for Bragg dont look good and it needs to correct further to gain back momentum..looking at the daily/ weekly charts it is clear that a further downward trend is projected in the near term....if things dont change here then the next stop is around 8 bucks.. glta..
