Politicians  in Brazil don't care where the money is coming from ,if it's from mining  on the private sector or countries that will bring massive checks to the Amazon foundation.they want their  cut.Bsx management  took to long here.The uk has already verbally promised a big chunk of 1.5 billion to the Amazon foundation Norway and Germany have contributed heavily in the past year's

Deforestation is the main problem and I believe the people of that area are badly looking for jobs. No developed has moral to say anything when countries like USA and Canada are doing the same thing or even worse. Obama admitted that on his speech complaining about the Republicans. People are already fed up of the Democrats. You can't stop mining as long it's done responsibly because It ...more

It's not the jobs that the indigenous care much about ,they know what is certain if this is not in the hands of minning corporation it's a total loss for them there hopeless ,last May a few indigneus   that are from the Yanomami  area mentioned  to a uncle of mine that the gsmbeiros had taken over the Uraricoera river by shooting bullets at them,they actually tried fighting ...more
