The heavy selling this morning could have been initiated by Tagliamonte to clear his debt.

To date, Mr. Tagliamonte has repaid $3,871,878 of the principal under the Tagliamonte Note, paid $349,037 of interest and the current outstanding principal amount is $500,000.

Following discussions between the board of the directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) and Mr. Tagliamonte, the Company has agreed to further amend (the “ Third Amendment ”) the terms of the Tagliamonte Note effective October 23, 2022 in order to extend the maturity date to October 23, 2023. The Company has no current intention to further extend the maturity of the Tagliamonte Note and the Company understands that Mr. Tagliamonte may be required to sell some or all of the common shares acquired using the proceeds of the Tagliamonte Note to fund the repayment of amounts owing thereunder to the Company on or prior to its new maturity date.

With all due respect for your thinking and opinion, I don't think so. Why when there is a whole over 10 months now almost before he needs to repay the rest? And when the board keeps extending the term? This was all about John Doody's sell rating today imo. It may also have been about the riots in Brazil.

Feel for the bag holders here, I hope for all you share holders  Taiglamante ends up in jail with his side kicks,there use to a certain life style, and that's fine, but when yiu don't have the skills or potential to achieve so,they go to the dark side,and rape share holders

No i don't work for the Amazon watch if I did and had a significant say in such I would have been fired I would helped belo get it's license when I had half million shares 2 and half years ago

I just followed the carat for a while just like most I got out with a bit of luck I was going going to keep half of my position a capital raiser that's seems to find winners went in Ivanhoe mines so I just followed his lead due to his luck or success for the past 18 year, honestly I liquidate most of my Bsx back then to buy more invanhoe

He insisted on getting away from flakes like this and it worked out for me,that's how I got into these field actually as his translator in Spanish and Portuguese but it's been a great learning experience with him visiting sites he's a great geological guy
