To make it clear once again I was an investor in belo and , as time went by, and been warned by sorounding capital raisers in this field about Barhrti and Peter on self lavish payments in the past for themselves and reading financial statements along this long period of time I got out.I still think belo has a lot to offer iin this sector but definitely not with Barhrti and Peter running this,will Blunty get back in to belo? It's possible but not with Bahrti and Peter Driving this one,If Barhti gets his Brazil potash going he's pushed his luck he actually might get that one just due to the Belerius  political situation

So for all investors that are atracted to tier deposits and I include my self in that circle aswell,I think with the fed still having to progress on more interest hikes for the next 5 to 6 months that will drive the US dollar higher wich will apply pressure on gold and other commodities, except may be oil, that gives individuals like me a chance to pick up some nice juniors for the next 6 months

Bluntly, your statement "until this gets driven by the right people" again prompts the question: What does the process of replacing management look like?  Shareholders, primarily led by Sun Valley, would need to vote for changes to the Board.  The newly composed Board would then replace management with a handpicked team.  Are there elite management teams you can think of

The amount it self on salaries isn't the biggest issue to me, we all know that good people cost, it's the time with no progress and the compensations on capital transactions that's really a  disappointment to me and other critics, as a past share holder there is only a certain stage where management news releases work, after this amount of compensation and time you want progress
