ECI (Indigenous Study)
PBA (Basic Environmental Plan)

Seems the ECI was completed and the PBA working plan was submitted, processed and approved by FUNAI and the Indigenous communities.
Now it's up to SEMAS to reissue the construction license

With respect of the environmental permitting Belo has already presented additional evidence to the TRF1 Federal Court and waiting to set a date for a ruling.

Not the Federal Government but the State of Para (SEMAS) and the Justice (Federal Court) will decide the faith of the Volta Grande project.

They were buying in May and June. I believe the reissue of the construction license and partnership will be announced at the same time. Avoiding any stupid NGOs noise.
