The article is nothing but anti prop . The new government has said this project is important. I see trhe bids are quite strong, seems to be a lot of interest at a cheaper price for a project that is dead .

the bids are strong until they are not. Last week they were just as strong at $0.055 until investors dumped a bunch. If more investors dump another bunch at 0.05 that there will no longer be any support.

Not always the case , this could very well be the floor. Most savy people have done most of their tax planning by now . Some who aren't very savy wait until the last minute but those are not sophisticated players
