Give some money to all natives impacted by the project so they can load up on cheap shares. 

You can be sure that they will support the project after and they will watch their shares go up to 2 to 5 dollars a piece.

Mentioned on the MD&A The Company is also considering and investigating the possibility of establishing a benefit fund for the Indigenous and local communities. The fund would be financed from net profits from the Volta Grande Gold Project and would provide financial resources to assist in local community and Indigenous community projects

Absolutely should have been done long time ago, this would have had a diferente outcome,share the loaf or no loaf , finally a valuable post

This project in this time and in that place is more difficult than an outsider seems to interpret. The fact the a large part of the institional investors are still there would be the question why are they still there when Joe investor could solve this and get approval in days ,Why . I think it is still a good gamble albeit a gamble .
