I always said the NGOs are the foreign enemies against the Brazilian development. The governor of Para, the justice and other politicians will totally back Belo. They are 100% pro development.

I had previously thought that these organizations made a whole lot of noise but had very little impact . If BSX is suing them they must have a greater impact than I had previosly thought. This could very well be a big part of the reasn this development is taking so long . Incompetweence could be a smaller factor than Bunty thinks .

I'm sure Belo is suing because they have government back. NGOs are dirty people. Conservative hate them.

I am not a big fan either but by BSX suing  BSX has shown that this may be a larger roadblock than I figured. This project coupled with Peter '''is not the slam dunk I was hopeing for but I am still hopefull in the ling run .
