What it comes down 2 is sun valley placed a major on current management and the failed , Even sun valley knows they have to give up a very significant amount of there shares to potential leads with capital, there is  a handful of individuals that have a chance towards success in these plays and they always have a group of capital big boys that let them make major decisions, Sun Valley I got

 I see one flaw in your statement and that would be that Sun Valley did no due dilligence and took the entirety of the situation at face value . .My contension would be they are fairly successful in their investments and would have done the due dilliegence and had a pretty good idea of the lay the land . This community is fairly small and if there were negative rumblings about Peter I am sure
