The Company has approximately 63 legal cases against the Company before the courts and it continues to monitor and defend all the legal cases.

the Company anticipates additional legal claims and actions may be brought in Brazilian courts to attempt to delay the development of the Volta Grande Gold Project.

The Company recently received a notice from FUNAI that FUNAI is evaluating an Indigenous land claim for an area near the Volta Grande Project called Sao Francisco.
