A couple of things I have thought about . Adrressing any obstacles that are holding up permiting is a smart move. To just sit and wait for things to resolve themselves is a stategy that didn't work well.Lead . Sigg or Bunty has said they only had enough cash to last 18 months, that is plenty of time . She seems to be a take charge individual lloking to accomplish a goal rather than looking for a cushy retirement position .

So far I can say her performace gets a high mark. It will be A++ once the project gets approval. So far I am not disappointed .

She has done this challege of the NGO as well as the we have we been report. She has done more in a month than Peter did in a year , pay attetion, there will be a test. Running around yelling the sky is falling is getting old .
