I agree!  $7.08 is low when you look at the company's financials, low debt and growth over the past 5 quarters.
$8.50 would be closer to a fair valuation.

Management is going along with this due to the fact they will all be keeping their jobs,stock options,incentive bonus etc..Appears to be a trend ..great deal for management and public shareholders not getting full value. Novus and Trioil come to mind. They need 66 % of public shareholders to approve this deal. I would like to see a better price.Trading volume low thus far considering this is a
