Happy to see the price come back
I thought all of the easy money had been squeezed out of this stock, but this refinancing offers another chance. With rents getting paid out at around 100% since shortly after the pandemic started, the dividend being fully covered with a very reasonable payout ratio. Where else can a person get an investment that pays well over 7% annual yield with lots of room to grow for capital gains. They are well diversified, office, retail, commercial mix and industrial. I'd like to see them journey into the residential markets as well to offer even more diversification and maybe cut back on office from around 40% to about 25%. Other than that, this is a rock solid investment.
