many  properties   in  Quebec -----mixed   bag of assets---no focus.

Maybe they were focusing on the market they understood the best, which is not a bad thing.  I also think the step toward diversification in BC is not a bad thing.  As long as they focus on value, good management and good returns, I am happy.
