the markets are in turmioil and BTB is at its best price in a long time  and yet simlar ones like TNT is getting murdered

Not as weird as you might think.  I'm not a follower of TNT, but here's some quick and dirty thoughts: 1. BTB is still cheaper.  Approx figures...   TNT .57 AFFO / 6.88 price = 8.3% AFFO yield BTB .385 recurring AFFO / 4.28 price = 9.0% recurring AFFO yield 2. Totally agreed 22.  I think TNT was perceived by some as rock-solid because they didn't cut their dividend.  But objectively, the payout ratio is too high for comfort, and the yield reflects that risk.  (I followed it because I owned it, but have now sold.)
