Is this REIT going to be a PRV or HOT.UN

Its sort of in the middle..still high exposure to office (50%) but also 38% industrial. AFFO multiple is 8.5x. Dividend is good. What happens if AFFO > 100% Not sure the market will dig that

Im very interested too. I looked at their reports yesterday. Nav $5.50 and payout ratio around 75% if I remember correctly. Latest report show interest expense going up and rents going up and occupancy stable. Inthink a bunch of debt comes due this year. I would like someone smarter than me to crunch numbers. But they seem to have some good things going on ...more
