Anyone think the debt service will eat into AFFO big next couple years and put payout in jeopardy? Gotta be mindful of that here.

Have we seen one of those charts that shows every year and what portion of debts comes due?  The debt here is a bit opaque to me.   The results have been totally flat for awhile, which is good in this environment and considering unit price.   Their work on becoming more industrial focused may allow them to front run debt issues.   Let me know if you have any financing insights. ...more

22% of outstanding mortages to renew in 24.  Already carrying a 5.4% rate. Not much damage additional costs coming from this in 2024. The Trust has $145.4 million of mortgages coming to maturity in the next twelve months. The Trust as of the date of this report has commitment letters from financial institutions for the refinancing of $53.1 million and is in the process of negotiating the ...more
