Without some serious corporate governance changes, I don't think this Company can reach its full potential, regardless of valuation. No serious institutional investor owns this stock and after 17 years of leadership by the same CEO and Chairman, countless investor relations events, meetings, etc. that tells you pretty much all you need to know.
