With Bitcoin ETFs does this mean you can SHORT Bitcoin?

I assume before you couldn't sell Bitcoin unless you OWNED it, hense the whole security of it. But what about now?? Can you short this ETF and there by basically be shorting Bitcoin?

All just my Tin Foil Hat opinion/view/thinking/wondering.
