That's the arrogance of Nuttall , listen to what he really says , he thinks HE is the market . Nuttall has been positioned to buy if the market sold off but the market didn't cooperate and now he is missing out on some big gainers . O&G is becoming a topic of conversation again and $66/bbl WTI makes the sector a great place to invest . There is a new strategy on the street , its called

Well I definately like Eric but he's not perfect obviously.  I think ESG investing is only going to gain popularity but the O&G industry is embracing it through carbon capture and other technologies.  Congrats to us all today.  It was a good day.  Ready for next week's trading session and long BTE!

Nuttall's latest top 10 holdings are "defensive" relative to what he is usually doing.  It looks to me like he thinks there is going to be a pullback but doesn't want to be in cash in case he is wrong.  So he's going with megacaps who would weather a decline in oil prices to $45-50 a lot better than his usual small caps.   This might have been his play

Adding: He has increased his cash position from 0 to 10% which confirms that he is trying to anticipate a pullback.   Not a great couple of weeks for Eric.
