The 5 Peace River Clearwater appraisal wells are too close

The appraisal wells are too close. The 5 wells only cover 3 very closed sections. Baytex has 120 sections in this area.

These 5 wells are just the beginning. Clear Water operation is self-financing if I'm not wrong. There must be income from somewhere to continue explore the rest of sections. Don't you agree?

The 2300 bopd current production from clearwater isnt factored into any of their current plan so this production would fund a 1 rig program drilling 2 wells a month...thus the 18 wells in 2022...no additional capex needed from elsewhere. As for proving up the fact is they drilled the outer fairway fringe land first..this stepout was more towards the center of fairway and proving even better ...more

Well explain ! ! am working on forecast for Q3 and Q4 and 2022 as well ! A lot of numbers to crunch !!! For sure, 1st long term debt of 400M$ will be paid before january 31st  2022 ! And at this moment with a WTI around 70-75$ for 2022 ! 2nd long term debt of 500M$ will disappears in 2022 ! And still without Clearwater number !!! Hedge price for 2022 is 68$, if WTI is between 58$ and 68 ...more

Hey Red!  I too have been trying to crunch numbers.  #1 Assuming that they will put a majority of their fcf for Q3 and Q4 into debt repayment, they will need 292 million designated to repay the intial note. I on't think that they can do this with just 2 quarters. They need 146 million per quarter.  I think Q1 2022 is definitely in play. #2 The Clearwater  project is self ...more
