WOW ! Many thank's for the link ! BTW he is the CFO ! Rodney Gray CFO of Baytex said entreprise value is now : 3,400,000,000 $ or 3,4B$. Always impress with the multiple 0 !!! At the market value of today BAY is evaluate at : 3,52$ X 564,000,000 shares === 1,985,280,000 $ = 1,9B$ So you know where I go with that ....  Baytex sell the business today it worth  3,4B$ / 564,000,000

Why are they interviewing together? Maybe they are thinking about some merger. I don't know much about Vermilliion but they went up almost 10% today while lots of other oil stocks are flat

This is not how EV is calculated just FYI. You're forgetting that it is comprised of both equity and debt.
