One word, dilution.  They printed more shares, when BTE was $50 it had less than 200 million shares outstanding.  They did some placements and raised funds and diluted with the Raging River deal.  Some of the dilution happened under a dollar and BTE now has 568 million shares outstanding. Those who bought at $50 like me are out of luck as we will never see double digits again.
