Seen it on Yahoo finance : 

Baytex bought two smaller oil companies recently wait till that news breaks

Anyone have more details... Seems to be in Saskatchewan !!?

maybe the guy is thinking of Surge energy? They bought 2 small oil companies lately (Astra and FireSky - saskatchewan light oil).

It would be considered a "material informatuion" and would have demanded a news release IAW TSX. Did not see a news release, as such, must be a rumour.   The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) define material information as any information (including both material facts and material changes) relating to the ...more
