Here is a small comment from Eric explaining his new large cap positions for those that were wondering why:

But what will they most likely buy? A small cap stock that has gone up 400 per cent, or a large cap stock that has lagged others, offers better trading liquidity and ease of position entry, and whose poorer performance offers a perceived margin of safety? For that reason, I have modestly reduced my small cap exposure for that of large caps tactically heading into year end, with material fund weightings in both Cenovus Energy Inc. and Suncor Energy Inc.

Thanks!  Not sure why that would make that big a reason to shift strategy.  You'd think the last place new money would go to would be the oil sands.  Anyhow, good luck with that.  Maybe in time he'll flip flop back into BTE. :)

Well I didn't say that I agreed with him. I am holding several oil and gas companies but I did sell a few on Monday (Gran Tierra, Athabasca and Arc) and reorganized what I was holding. Obviously Bte is one of them but I did add to WCP and CVE as well.
