increased interest in Clearwater wells

Just read  in a stockboard CJ has licensed for some Clearwater wells..... Oow! Companies are rushing to have a scoop at Clearwater.... Are BTE Clearwater better investment than other Clearwater investment OR all Clearwater wells investment are quite the same ?

My understanding, which was accurate as of a month ago, is Baytex's clearwater wells are the most productive in the play in terms of daily production In terms of investment, we're breakeven at 33 wti which is an extraordinary number for heavy oil. I haven't seen data on profitability of other drillers in the play
