Okay so what do you all call? OPEC+ INCREASE or FLAT?

I'll go with slight increase.

WTI traders factoring in an OPEC + increase. Will depend on UAE...US applying high pressure but will see. For now oil market building in an OPEC + increase trading $81.31 for now.. Me I'm easy Q3 is $70, Q4 will be $75+ and that I believe gets us to the debt target or very close. After that I'm quite content with a drop to $65-$70...as I factored $65 for my share buyback which allows 10 ...more

Snow, agree 10000% is it annoying all the chatter about high energy when I see the headline today on BNN stating housing in Toronto hits new records... People willing to $1.155M (average Toronto home) BUT COMPLAIN ABOUT $2/L Premium gas LOL

The Russians will not go along with an increase.  They can just sit back and enjoy the ride.  OPEX has  only been able to meet 50% of their promised increase of 400,000 b/d.   Any promise at further increases will be just hollow promises that they cannot attain.
