December 2021 WTI contracts settled at 2:30pm. We are now on January 2022 contracts Remember oil is a forward contract While BTE volumes for Q4 run Oct 1- Dec 31. Pricing is ahead and Q4 pricing is done. Now just a matter of production volume. Hope that helps
