Very, very preliminary: 100 cases in South Africa...maybe will trigger travel restrictions to that country... Some think the news will be "fully digested" by the 9:30 market open...

Oil is down in Asia trading.  It's going to be ugly today.  Oil is down $5 now.  I can't believe this is happening to me again.  Another Black Swan event.
