It looks like oil stocks are waiting for Iran's nuclear talk results to find their direction.

Yes waiting for next macro event. Charts don't tell you when or what that will be...so we wait In the meantime every day over $70 is a great day! All people know Iran's oil is being exported through China. If you purchase any Chinese made products or doing business with China, you are supporting Iran's oil indirectly.

I agree with your point and this is physical fact, but historically the market reacts more on the news rather than what is going on under table at least in short term. Any news from Iran nuclear talk positive or negative  will impact oil price and oil stocks accordingly for a certain period of time, however in the long term the market will balance it self based on physical supply and demand.& ...more
