Yes you are  right, short should be banned, but don't forget  the most shorters are the big sharks ( Banks, Funds ect ) and those big sharks  are very  heavy in the financial market  and political  too, so with Mr Sock  Puppet Trudope forget it, he  does not  want to displease to the big sharks.
