Share buybacks

They should announce share buybacks on feb 24. Dividends can be at the end of the year or so. Shareholders want to hear imo

Management has already said they want debt down until 1.2 billion before they announce any buybacks or dividends.  That won't happen by February, this is one of the reasons why the stock won't runaway.
