Oil is at around $85 and yet oil stocks drop anyway.  Sure, oil companies are making a ton of money but the share price is not reflecting it.  This has been said for a long time and nothing has changed.  Keep saying it is coming but that has been said for the past 1-2 yrs.  Nothing has changed.
