US SPR announcement thoughts

So 

Take 1 In Nov/Dec was - 50m barrels = impact as of today ZERO

Take 2 sounds like = 60-70m barrels = impact?


All I know is long-term this is bullish and Saudis and Russia are probably looking forward to it....

Hoping Biden can drain the majority of the SPR before his term is up....if lucky
