Based on what factor?  Oil is at $92 based on the conflict in Ukraine.  You anticipate more uncertainty?

Already importers having a hard time paying for Russian oil.and let's not forget the flow of nat gaz and oil into Europe through the Ukrainian.I think my $110 prediction is on the conservative side.we shall see.god save the people in the middle of this black gold war.

Putin jawboning about his nuclear forces... this could escalate things real quickly to $110 Oil and NATO responding with agressive tones next week.

You'll note the $3 spot price jump on Uranium last week. Russian sanctions and talk of energy geopolitical curtailments showing up in U space as well.
