Hey, when you are The Captain, and it's April 2020.... What do you do? Answer: you act like "A Captain": So it's steady as she goes...no decisions... Note we're on the other end of the weather event, and we're doing just nicely, thank you very much...

You make no sense, steady as she goes, no decisions? Captains always have decisions, a game plan, obviously you don't have a game plan. Why don't you tell us what Baytex should be doing since making no decisions as a Captain is your theory of leadership.
