A lot of small players being bid up today.  Surge is up big too.  Looks like funds sold some bigger names like BTE and bought small today.

All i know is it was a sector leader up into the Feb highs then sideways for 2 months so i had to buy  look at that MACD nowhere to go but up , dyodd
