Only 1250ish km of pipeline required from Hardisty to Churchill.   Roughly the same length as TMX, Easier to install versus mountain path, and probably less resistance? Let's go!!!

Old story, old idea. Poor old Peter ain't the sharpest marble in the bag. At least he spared himself the embarrassment of losing another run at leader of the party. In theory it's true, especially the good for the country nation building rhetoric. Building a road or rail line is technically very challenging across 100kms of muskeg,lakes,rivers,wilderness to get to Churchill. The rail line ...more

What do you do in winter , The port only works from June to November,shallow waters and you will have Greenies on your asssss again accusing us of destroying pristine Arctic,whereas in regular times they wont even sit on the regular smelly train to Churchill . Its a huge cost to emply icebreakers and not sure how the returns would work out.
