Can only likely meet 1/2 million day from SPR.  Maybe a little higher if they work at it.  So there will still be draws and higher oil prices once realitiy sinks in that nobody is going to push production with this manipulation from politicians for their benefit.

Not sure anyone has figured this out yet..re: SPR rate I was looking at the last 3 months and the comment from Trafigura....I have not heard anyone talk about this yet but won't we run into a differential? Yeah I wish an SPR operations guy could speak to this.  From what I understand they have to do a lot to make the oil ready for shipment as there is a lot of contamination.  If they just were shipping it unfiltered then they could do a lot more?

This letter from Senator Edward Markey makes it sound like this oil is very poor quality loaded with Hydrogen Sulfide that damages refineries, pipelines, employees.  Is SPR or oil companies cleaning it. Doesn't even sould like it should be shipped without cleaning it. Sounds like they had to make payments to pay for damage from it.  God forbide they created a Superfund hazardous
