EIA "analysts" wrong on the weekly reports....
US crude production fell to 11.312mbpd in February from 11.362mbpd (revised from 11.371mbpd) - EIA

Your observation is bang on BSW. The actual production in the US is not keeping up with the production levels predicted by the models in the EIA weekly updates. The last weekly update said current US production is 11.9 million bpd... this looks unlikely in light of the EIA's February production report.
