Many fail to understand this....

I think that very soon people will understand that OPEC cannot simply open up the taps whenever the market asks. OPEC production increases have been sputterring for months and when Saudi, Kuwait, Iraq and UAE get tapped out (maybe now?) there will be no further bumps up in production, regardless of what the market wants.
