8 of the biggest OPEC-10 members UNDERPRODUCED their allowed quota in May, and I'm supposed to be spooked by a headline about a potential opening of the floodgates??? Story just happens to come out on month end...???

If Opec had spare capacity not oy would they meet their quotas (now called targets BTW) there'd be rampant cheating.

I agree Chris, this is noise. Russia production is lost, China is back, and many of the OPEC countries can't even get to their quota....UAE and SA don't have near enough capcity to replace russia. Now the insurance companies are removing insurance from the tankers shipping oil.... This is the calm before the storm....but the WSJ timing was interesting end of the month and Biden needs to
